The Character Education program is supported with a number of activities that include weekend trips, camps and sleepovers. One of our main tools is the quarterly TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday) outings or sleepovers that aims at bonding with the students, getting to know them in their context, challenging them, and finally providing a safe environment for them to explore themselves and each other.
Activities are held on and off campus, and vary in their goals throughout the year.
The second important tool provided by the program are Egypt excursions and/or camps that aim at challenging them, getting them out of their comfort zone, and finally getting them to know themselves better. Most camps happen in Egypt, in different governorates across the country.
International Camps are also held yearly to support the above aims as well as to interacting with new cultures and people and learning from their collective and personal experience.
